Get details about your new payment due date

Before you begin

Important details
  • As of June 1, 2015 we have standardized the number of days between the bill cycle close and payment due date for wireless and Digital Life customers. Your new payment due date will be about three weeks after the close of your bill cycle. The new date may be earlier or later than usual.
  • Your monthly charges remain the same. A change to your payment due date only affects the amount of time you have to pay your bill. The change to your payment due date does not affect your billing cycle or billed charges.
