Get a physical SIM card

You can get SIM card kits at one of our stores, online through, or from another online retailer. The kits come with three SIM card sizes. You can use it if you want to bring your own device to AT&T, or if you just need a new physical SIM.

AT&T Wireless

For your security, only the account owner or retail authorized user can activate a new SIM card. Call us at 800.331.0500 or go to a store.

Pick up an AT&T PREPAIDSM SIM card or SIM card kit at our stores, online, or from an AT&T national retailer.

Get an eSIM

If you deleted your existing eSIM or you’re having issues activating an eSIM-only device, you can get a new one. Here’s how:
  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Scroll to My devices.
  3. Choose Manage device for the device that needs a new eSIM.
  4. Scroll to Options & settings and select Get a new eSIM. (You won’t see this option if you don’t have an eSIM already.)
  5. Confirm your selection to Get a new eSIM.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete your eSIM setup.
