AT&T Installment Plan with Next Up Anytime®

The cost of your phone is broken into 36 monthly installment payments. For an extra $10 per month, you can upgrade as soon as you make one installment payment and pay the $10 charge—as long as you’re outside the Buyer’s Remorse period.¹ Limit to 3 upgrades per rolling 12 months.

FYI: The $10 per month Next Up Anytime charge doesn’t apply toward the installment plan balance you owe on your phone.

AT&T Installment Plan

You’ll make 36 monthly installment plan payments. When your device is paid in full, you can upgrade. You won’t need to trade in your current phone, unless you’re taking advantage of a promotion that requires it. The installment plan balance may be paid off in full at any time.

AT&T Installment Plan with Next Up®

This option is no longer available. The cost of your phone is broken into 36 monthly installment payments. If you already signed up for $6 per month, you can upgrade early when 50% of the phone is paid off.¹ Or, you can make a lump sum payment to reach the required percentage of your smartphone price.

FYI: The $6 per month Next Up charge doesn’t apply toward the installment plan balance you owe on your phone.

Go to installment plan details. Sign in, if asked.
Select the device you want to view.
Choose your option:
- Make an installment plan payment to pay off your device.
- Upgrade device to pay it off and get a new one.

Important info:

Once submitted, payments are final and can't be reversed.
You can’t make extra payments on your installment balance, but you can pay off your full remaining balance at any time.

If you bought your phone within the last 14 days (30 days if you have a small business account), go to one of our stores to cancel your Next Up or Next Up Anytime option.

If you bought your phone more than 14 days ago (30 days for small businesses):

Go to your installment plan details. Sign in, if asked.
Look for I want to and select Manage Next Up Anytime® or See Next Up Details.
Follow the prompts to cancel your Next Up or Next Up Anytime upgrade option.

FYI: If you decide to cancel the AT&T Next Up upgrade option, you can’t add it back. You can re-add Next Up Anytime within 30 days of removal at att.com/restartNUA.
