Manage member invitations

An account owner must have an AT&T PREPAIDSM (formerly GoPhone®) Multi-Line account set up to start inviting members to join.

Invite members to your AT&T PREPAID Multi-Line account

You need to be logged in to complete these steps. Your initial password is the last four digits of your wireless number.
  1. On the Account Summary page, under Invite Members > enter the prepaid number of the person you wish to invite and select Invite. They must have AT&T PREPAID service with a basic phone or smartphone plan.
  2. Select any monthly rate plan  more than $30 a month for the member line.
  3. Select Send and we’ll send a text message invitation to their prepaid phone.

Revoke an invite
Select Cancel next to the invite in the Pending Invitations panel. Select Confirm.

Accept or decline invitation from the account owner

If you’re invited to become a member of an AT&T PREPAID Multi-Line account, we'll send you a text. Follow these steps to accept or decline their invitation.
  1. Log in to your myAT&T account to see the invitation message.
  2. Select invitation hyperlink under Learn more about this invitation.
  3. Review the information about joining a Multi-Line account and how it affects your plan and payments.
  4. Follow the prompts to either accept or decline the invitation. The person who invited you is informed of your decision via a text message.

We recommend waiting until the day before your plan is due to renew before joining a Multi-Line account.

When you join a Multi-Line Account, you consent to the disclosure of your AT&T PREPAID account information, including Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), to the account owner of the Multi-Line Account you're are joining. You have the right to restrict disclosure of your CPNI and other account information by declining to join the Multi-Line Account or by leaving the Multi-Line Account at any time.

Members can’t see AT&T PREPAID account information, including CPNI, for the account owner.
