Use AT&T ActiveArmor® Calls settings for all things related to spam call control. You can also view your call logs, manage your personal block list, report a caller, and more.
My Block List
Set up My Block List to manage a personal block list. Use the call log, access your contacts, or enter the number manually to add it to the block list.1
If you decide you no longer want to block the number, all you have to do is delete it from the list.
Call Routing Settings
Help block spam and other unwanted callers with Call Routing Settings. You choose which calls to block and which to send directly to voicemail.2
Important: You must have an active voice mailbox to send callers to voicemail. If you don’t, calls from numbers that aren’t on your contact list will fail.
Tap Call Routing Settings to get started.
- Fraud calls are automatically set to Block for your protection.
- Spam calls: Custom call types include Telemarketers, Political, Account services, Nonprofits, Surveys, and Other.
- Private callers are callers who have hidden their Caller ID and number.
My contacts
Turn Always allow contacts ON to help ensure callers in your contacts aren’t blocked or sent to voicemail.3
FYI: The ActiveArmor app uploads your contacts to the cloud to help you recognize your known callers.
