Update your privacy choices online

Visit att.com/cmpchoice to change your consent settings for products or services such as:
  • Automated messaging choices
  • External Marketing & Analytics Reports
  • DNS Error Assist
  • Certain types of advertising
  • Mobile phone location or mobile subscriber information sharing with Third Party Services

Each of these is defined online at att.com/cmpchoice. Other privacy options may be added online over time. To learn more about all privacy choices, refer to the AT&T privacy policy.

Learn how to manage your automated messaging choices

If you use multiple IDs to access your accounts, sign in to each of your accounts to see which privacy settings are available. You can also access att.com/cmpchoice from myAT&T.
  1. Go to att.com/cmpchoice.
  2. Enter your myAT&T user ID and password.
  3. Select Automated Messages > Manage automated messages.
  4. Choose your settings for automated texts and/or phone calls.

Note: If you choose Automated Call for the Pay Bill Reminder but use att.com/cmpchoice to disable automated messaging for billing, you may turn this notification off.
