Learn how AT&T Ready to Go works

Once you place an order online, an AT&T Ready to GoSM expert can meet you at your home, your office, or even a local coffee shop.1

Your expert will help you set up your new device by syncing your apps, music, contacts, and photos. They can also show you how to use your device and answer any of your questions.

Place your order

  1. Shop smartphones and select your new device. (Already have a smartphone on an installment plan and want to trade it in? First, check your plan’s eligibility requirements. Learn how)
  2. Follow the prompts until you get to the delivery options.
  3. Choose the AT&T Ready to Go option. (If you don’t see this option, same-day delivery isn’t available.)
  4. Follow the remaining prompts to confirm and place your order.

After you place your order, you’ll get an email confirming the delivery time and location.

FYI – Your AT&T Ready to Go expert can only deliver the devices and accessories to the account owner or an authorized user on the account. Make sure to have a government-issued ID handy. You may also have to provide other info so your expert can complete the setup.

If you’re ordering accessories along with your phone or tablet
Check to see if the AT&T Ready to Go option is available on the Order summary page.
  • If you see the AT&T Ready to Go option, the accessory is in stock at the same AT&T store as your smartphone. It'll be hand-delivered with your smartphone order.
  • If you don’t see the AT&T Ready to Go option, the accessory isn’t available for same-day delivery. Still want your smartphone or tablet personally delivered and set up today? Just remove the accessory from your current order. You can then order an accessory online and have it shipped to you for free.
