Check your email or text messages for updates and instructions – you'll find a link to your request status. Or, if you have your request number and your device IMEI, you can go to att.com/unlockdevicestatus.

About checking the status of your request
It usually takes a few minutes to approve your request, but it may take up to 48 hours. Note: If you don’t have a wireless phone account, you have to confirm your request through the email we sent. Links in confirmation emails expire in 24 hours.
