What you need to know

  • It can take up to 2 business days for us to respond to your device unlock request. Check back if you filed your unlock request in less than 2 business days.
  • Links in confirmation emails expire in 24 hours. Be sure to use the link in your confirmation email within 24 hours. Otherwise, we’ll cancel your unlock request, and you’ll have to submit another unlock device request form.

  2. Add the device IMEI number
