- Make sure Face ID is already set up on your device.
- Open the myAT&T app.1
- Tap Manage app settings.
- Turn on Face ID. This setting only appears on compatible devices.
- Follow the prompts to complete the process.
Face ID and other facial recognition technologies are merely used as a lock to get into the app itself. The myAT&T app1
still requires your ID and password, which must be saved on your device in order for Face ID to work with the app.
