Fix common MicroCell issues

Dropped calls or poor voice quality

If your MicroCell is located:
  • Next to another Wi-Fi device, move it at least a foot away from that device
  • On the floor, then move it onto a desk or table
  • In a cabinet or closet, then move it into a more open area
  • Near furniture or other insulated or radiating devices (like a couch, microwave, flat-panel TV, etc.) that may interfere with the Microcell’s broadcasting signal, then move it to a new location where there’s less interference

Try this: If none of these help, make sure your Internet speed meets the minimum requirements. Your Internet speeds should meet be at least 1.5Mbps download and 256Kbps upload. Test your speed.
