Fix common MicroCell issues
Dropped calls or poor voice quality
If your MicroCell is located:
Next to another Wi-Fi® device, move it at least a foot away from that device
On the floor, then move it onto a desk or table
In a cabinet or closet, then move it into a more open area
Near furniture or other insulated or radiating devices (like a couch, microwave, flat-panel TV, etc.) that may interfere with the Microcell’s broadcasting signal, then move it to a new location where there’s less interference
Try this: If none of these fixes help, make sure your internet speed meets the minimum requirements. Your internet speeds should meet be at least 1.5Mbps download and 256Kbps upload. Test your speed
Status lights flashing
Network light - Restart your MicroCell by unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet for at least 10 seconds. It may take another 30 minutes for the network light to turn solid green.
Network and GPS lights - Move your MicroCell to the place where it originally got a solid GPS light.
Smartphone doesn’t display AT&T MCell
Restart your 3G, 4G, or 4G LTE phone by turning it off and back on. If that doesn’t fix the issue, try restarting your MicroCell.
