is through the mobile app (you won’t be able to access it online). If your AT&T FamilyMap app has automatically updated, you’ll now see the Secure Family icon: Don’t have the app or see the update yet?

. You’ll get improved location-tracking features and much more for up to 10 lines on your account.
Keep in mind that your FamilyMap app won’t work after February 5, 2019.Things to know:
- Sign in to Secure Family with the same user ID and password you use to manage your wireless account online for myAT&T. Don’t have an ID yet? Create one on the Secure Family sign-in screen.
- Make sure your device operating system can support Secure Family. It must be iOS 10 or Android 5.0 or higher. Learn how to update your operating system
