On November 4, 2019, hardware limitations for certain mobile devices will cause the Global Positioning Systems (GPS) functionality to stop working properly on those devices. While this won't affect your ability to make calls, send texts, or use data, location reporting info used for calls to 911 will revert to older location technologies that may not be as accurate.

But, don’t worry. We’re here to help!

What to do
If you received notification that your device is affected, you may choose to upgrade to a newer device by visiting your nearest AT&T retail store, shopping new devices online at att.com/buy/phones, or calling us at 800.331.0500 or 611 from your mobile device.
