AT&T Personal Cloud backs up and syncs content on your phone to the cloud. With AT&T Personal Cloud¹ you can:

Backup your photos, videos and documents to free up storage on your device.
Access your content across devices and operating systems.
Protect sensitive documents such as passports and licenses or even secure your passwords by storing them in a PIN-protected Private Folder.
Find your photos easily with Tag and Search.
Relive and share your favorite memories with weekly Flashbacks and Highlights.
Enhance your photos with a personalized touch using filters, AI tools, and more.

If you have an active AT&T Wireless^SM plan, it’s easy to sign up for AT&T Personal Cloud. Here’s how:

Good to know: Make sure to select the content you’d like to protect in AT&T Personal Cloud. Go to Settings and select What to back up.

To manage your AT&T Personal Cloud subscription:

Go to your wireless add-ons. Sign in, if asked.
Choose My add-ons.
Scroll to and select Personal Cloud.
To remove Personal Cloud, select Remove add-on from this device.
To change the amount of storage, choose a storage amount and then select Add to device.

Head’s up: If you subscribed to the AT&T Personal Cloud app from the Apple App Store®, you'll need to manage your service there.
