Once you do an initial backup, AT&T Personal Cloud works in the background to keep your selected content synced.
Want to check what items you’re syncing?
- Open the AT&T Personal Cloud app.
- Go to Settings .
- Review the items you’ve chosen to sync.
If something is missing, make sure Personal Cloud has permission to access items you want to back up. You can find app permissions in your device settings. For more info, check out our Device Support
