Get started with AT&T Personal Cloud

Back up and sync your contacts, photos, and videos from your iPhone or Android phone.

Download and sign up

AT&T Personal Cloud1 backs up and syncs content on your phone to the cloud or to other iPhones® or Android® phones. If you have an iPhone, you can sync contacts, photos, and videos. If you have an Android, you can sync contacts, call logs,2 text messages,3 music, photos, videos, and documents. Here’s how:
  1. Download and install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Select your storage option.
  3. Enter your AT&T user ID and password for your wireless number to sign in.
  4. Choose content types for backup.

Review synced items

Once you do an initial backup, AT&T Personal Cloud works in the background to keep your selected content synced.
Want to check what items you’re syncing?
  1. Open the AT&T Personal Cloud app.
  2. Go to Settings Gear icon.
  3. Review the items you’ve chosen to sync.
If something is missing, make sure Personal Cloud has permission to access items you want to back up. You can find app permissions in your device settings. For more info, check out our Device Support.
