Get started with AT&T Personal Cloud

Help protect your memories with AT&T Personal Cloud. Securely store your photos, videos, documents, and more across devices.

AT&T Personal Cloud backs up and syncs content on your phone to the cloud. With AT&T Personal Cloud1 you can:

  • Backup your photos, videos and documents to free up storage on your device.
  • Access your content across devices and operating systems.
  • Protect sensitive documents such as passports and licenses or even secure your passwords by storing them in a PIN-protected Private Folder.
  • Find your photos easily with Tag and Search.
  • Relive and share your favorite memories with weekly Flashbacks and Highlights.
  • Enhance your photos with a personalized touch using filters, AI tools, and more.

If you have an active AT&T WirelessSM plan, it’s easy to sign up for AT&T Personal Cloud. Here’s how: 

  1. Go to myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Choose the device you want add AT&T Personal Cloud and select View and manage add-ons. 
  3. Make sure you’re on the Get new add-ons tab and scroll to Cloud & storage.
  4. Select Cloud & backup.
  5. Select the amount of storage you want and then select Add to device.
  6. Download the AT&T Personal Cloud app from the App Store or Google Play
  7. Sign in using your AT&T user ID and password.

Good to know: Make sure to select whatthe content you’d like to protect in AT&T Personal Cloud. Go to Settings and select What to back up.

To manage your AT&T Personal Cloud subscription:

  1. Go to myAT&T. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select View.
  3. Select Manage Add-Ons.

Head’s up: If you subscribed to the AT&T Personal Cloud app from the Apple App Store®, you'll need to manage your service there.
