All in one safe place and only accessible to you. * * * ## Back up content to AT&T Personal Cloud With AT&T Personal Cloud, you can: - Backup photos, videos, documents and audio - Sync contacts, text messages (Android only), and call logs (Android only) __File and Upload Limits:__ The maximum upload size limit for an individual file is 10GB. You may only upload up to a total of 50GB each day. If you exceed 500GB in a month, your 50GB daily limit may be reduced to as little as 10GB per day until the next month begins. __Tips for a successful first backup with AT&T Personal Cloud__ It can take a while to complete a backup depending on your connection, size of your uploads, and other factors. For best results, keep the AT&T Personal Cloud app open, connect your phone to your charger, and be sure you are connected to both Wi-Fi® and Mobile Networks. __FYI:__ It’s easy to check your storage usage. Go to your Personal Cloud __Settings__ and select __Manage Storage.__ ## Restore content from AT&T Personal Cloud Here’s how to restore content to your device: 1. Open the AT&T Personal Cloud app. 2. Tap __More__. 3. Select __Content Restore__. 4. Choose __Restore.__ - Have an iPhone®? You can restore photos & videos. - Have an Android® phone? The photos, videos, documents, and audio that you delete from your mobile device will still be saved in AT&T Personal Cloud. If you delete contacts, text messages or call logs from your mobile device, they will also be removed from AT&T Personal Cloud Can I recover content from the AT&T Personal Cloud trash? Yes. Here’s how: 1. Go to __Files__ on the Personal Cloud app 2. Select __Trash__ 3. Select the more options icon (…), then choose the content you want to restore. 4. Choose the more options icon (…), then select __Recover item(s).__ How do I store documents and audio to AT&T Personal Cloud with an Apple device? __iPhone (documents only)__ 1. Go to the document on your mobile device. 2. Click on the share icon. 3. Share to the AT&T Cloud app. __Mac (documents and audio)__ 1. Go to the home screen. 2.
