Back up content to AT&T Personal Cloud

With AT&T Personal Cloud, you can:

  • Backup photos, videos, documents and audio
  • Sync contacts, text messages (Android only), and call logs (Android only)

File and Upload Limits: The maximum upload size limit for an individual file is 10GB. You may only upload up to a total of 50GB each day. If you exceed 500GB in a month, your 50GB daily limit may be reduced to as little as 10GB per day until the next month begins.

Tips for a successful first backup with AT&T Personal Cloud

It can take a while to complete a backup depending on your connection, size of your uploads, and other factors. For best results, keep the AT&T Personal Cloud app open, connect your phone to your charger, and be sure you are connected to both Wi-Fi® and Mobile Networks.

FYI: It’s easy to check your storage usage. Go to your Personal Cloud Settings and select Manage Storage.

Restore content from AT&T Personal Cloud

Here’s how to restore content to your device:

  1. Open the AT&T Personal Cloud app.
  2. Tap More.
  3. Select Content Restore.
  4. Choose Restore.
  • Have an iPhone®? You can restore photos & videos.
  • Have an Android® phone? You can restore photos, videos, music and documents.
