Get a compatible data plan

  1. Go to Update your plan.
  2. Select Change plan and choose a compatible data plan:
    • AT&T Unlimited EliteSM
    • AT&T Unlimited ExtraSM
    • AT&T 4GBSM
  3. Follow the prompts to upgrade your plan.

Apple device
  1. Go to your device Settings.
  2. Select Cellular Data, then Personal Hotspot.
  3. Follow the prompts to finish setting up your hotspot.

Android device
  1. Go to your device Settings.
  2. Select Connections or Networks.
  3. Choose Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
