Reasons why your offer credits are on hold

Did you change your AT&T unlimited rate plan?

Offer requirements
Your offer requires that your wireless line is on a qualifying AT&T unlimited plan. Any of these unlimited plans qualify:
  • AT&T Unlimited EliteSM, AT&T Unlimited ExtraSM, or AT&T Unlimited StarterSM
  • AT&T Unlimited &MoreSM Premium or AT&T Unlimited &MoreSM
  • AT&T Unlimited Plus EnhancedSM or AT&T Unlimited PlusSM
  • AT&T Unlimited Choice IISM, AT&T Unlimited ChoiceSM, or AT&T Unlimited Choice EnhancedSM
  • AT&T Unlimited Double Play

To get your offer credits back, change your wireless line back to a qualifying AT&T unlimited plan within 30 days of getting the notification text. Otherwise, you’ll no longer get your credit each month and your device balance will be due.

Next steps
To change your wireless plan:
  1. Go to Change my plan.
  2. Scroll through our other plans. Select Compare to my plan to get a side-by-side view.
  3. Compare plans and decide which one you want.
  4. Choose Select & review and follow the prompts to switch plans.

Did you cancel a line within 90 days of activating a new line?

Offer requirements
If you cancel wireless service on any line on your account within 90 days of activating a new phone line, and activating a new phone line was required in order to be eligible for the promotion, your smartphone credits will stop.

To get your smartphone credits back, reinstate your canceled line within 30 days of getting the notification text. Otherwise, you’ll lose your credits and your device balance will be due.

Next steps
To change your wireless plan, call 800.331.0500 to reactivate. Due to increased call volumes, you may have to wait a little longer to talk to an agent.
