Discount for active military, veterans, and their families

You’re eligible for AT&T Appreciation SavingsSM if you're:

  • Active-duty military
  • A spouse or surviving spouse of an active-duty military member. You must present a paystub less than 90 days old and proof of marriage, such as a marriage certificate.
  • A full- or part-time military reserve employee
  • A retired veteran

You’re also eligible if you’re a family member of a qualified military person who is the primary owner of an AT&T WirelessSM account.

To qualify for discounts, you must have an AT&T Premium 2.0SM, AT&T Extra 2.0SM, AT&T Value 2.0SM, or older unlimited plan. You’ll also have to provide one of these documents:

  • A current pay stub less than 90 days old
  • Department of Defense form DD214 (military veterans) or form NGB 22/22A (Air/Army National Guard)
  • A veteran-designated driver’s license (veterans)

Discount for teachers and their families

You and your family qualify if you’re the primary owner of an AT&T Wireless account, and you’re a K-12 classroom teacher or a college or university faculty member or instructor.

To qualify for discounts, you must have an AT&T Premium 2.0, AT&T Extra 2.0, AT&T Value 2.0, or older unlimited plan. You’ll have to provide one of these documents:

  • An unexpired employee badge showing full name, eligible position, and school name
  • A pay stub less than 90 days old showing your full name, eligible position, and school name
  • A letter of employment less than 30 days old showing your full name and eligible position

Discount for retired responders

You and your family qualify if you’re the primary owner of an AT&T Wireless account, and you’re a retired law enforcement or firefighter based in the U.S.

To qualify for discounts, you must have an AT&T Premium 2.0, AT&T Extra 2.0, AT&T Value 2.0, or older unlimited plan. You’ll have to provide one of these documents:

  • Retiree badge showing your full name and eligible job title
  • Pension statement showing your full name and eligible job title
