You’re eligible if you’re active military, a veteran, or the spouse, widow, or widower of a qualified veteran or active military member who is the primary AT&T Wireless account owner.

To qualify for discounts, make sure you have:
  • A valid military ID or current paystub (active military)
  • Department of Defense form DD214, Veteran ID Card (VIC), or Veteran-designated driver’s license (veterans)
  • Department of Defense sponsorship card (spouses, widows, and widowers)
  • An eligible unlimited plan, which includes AT&T Unlimited EliteSM, AT&T Unlimited ExtraSM, AT&T Unlimited StarterSM, or older unlimited plans

Teachers and families

You’re eligible if you’re a K-12 classroom teacher, a college or university faculty member or instructor, or the family of a qualified teacher, instructor, or professor who is the primary AT&T Wireless account owner.

  • An employee badge showing full name and eligible position
  • A paystub less than 60 days old showing full name and eligible position

You’re eligible if you’re an employee or volunteer of state, local, and private primary first responder agencies and their families are eligible. Qualified professionals include:
  • Law enforcement or police
  • Fire services
  • Emergency medical service (EMTs and paramedics)
  • State and local emergency management agencies
  • Public safety answering points (911 call takers or operators)
To qualify, be sure you have:
  • An employee or volunteer badge showing your full name
  • A paystub less than 60 days old
  • A signed affidavit from your first responder agency
