Data only plans aren’t available with Family Plan (Multi-Line). Have a member on your account that needs to change to a data only plan? They must return to an individual line first. Here’s how:
- Sign in to att.com/myprepaid.
- Select the up or down arrow on the Member Lines section to view all lines on the account.
- Choose the member line you want to change back to an individual line by selecting the up or down arrows.
- Select Remove to proceed.
- Read the important info and then select Continue. The line change happens immediately.
Then, the member must follow the process for an individual line account to change to a data only plan.
