Here’s how to replace your eSIM: 

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked. 
  2. Scroll to My devices.
  3. Choose Manage wireless for the device that needs a new eSIM.
  4. Select Device options, then Get a new eSIM.
  5. Confirm your selection to Get a new eSIM.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete your eSIM setup.

Have an existing AT&T Prepaid® account? Visit any AT&T store to get an AT&T Prepaid eSIM activation card.

New to AT&T Prepaid? Order a new eSIM online:

    1. Go to AT&T Prepaid BYOD, then select Get an eSIM activation card instead (a physical SIM card is selected by default).
    2. Choose an AT&T Prepaid plan and complete the checkout process.

We’ll ship your prepaid eSIM activation card to you (arrives within 3-7 business days). Use your phone to scan the QR code on your activation card and follow the prompts to activate.

FYI: Not sure if your device can use eSIM? Dial *#06# on your device. If you see an EID number, you can use eSIM.
