What to know

WatchTV went away on November 30, 2021.
  • If you paid for Spotify® as part of your Unlimited &More plan, your subscription will ended on November 6, 2021. We’ll no longer bill you for the service. Your final, prorated bill was due before November 5, 2021. To keep your subscription, you’ll have to sign up with Spotify.
  • If you paid for a premium channel (Cinemax®, SHOWTIME®, STARZ® or HBO MaxTM) or music service (VRV, Pandora®, or Amazon Music®) as part of your &More plan with WatchTV, your subscription ended on November 30. We’ll no longer bill you for the service. Your final, prorated bill was due before November 30, 2021. If you want to keep your subscription with any of these services, you’ll have to sign up with the provider.

  • You do have a current installment agreement with an outstanding balance, you can call us at 800.331.0500 to cancel. You'll have to pay off the remaining installment plan balance and keep the device.
