Say goodbye to WatchTV, hello to HBO MAX

1. Go to your myAT&T account overview.
2. Look for the Get HBO Max on US tile.
3. Choose Pick a premium, then Get HBO Max.
4. Download HBO Max from your app store.
5. Open HBO Max and select the person icon.
6. Choose Sign In, then Sign in with a Provider.
7. Select AT&T and enter your user ID and password to start streaming.

Free subscriptions

• Have VRV, Pandora^®, Spotify^®, or Amazon Music^® and want to keep it? You’ll have to set up a paid subscription with the provider. If you have Pandora or Amazon Music, you’ll have account access until February 28, 2022.
• Have Cinemax^®, SHOWTIME^®, or STARZ^® as part of your premium selection? You may lose access or see an adjustment on your video bill for these channels through DIRECTV STREAM (formerly AT&T TV), DIRECTV, or U-verse TV service. For questions about video premium selections associated with your AT&T TV services, call 800.288.2020.

Paid subscriptions

• If you paid for Spotify as part of your Unlimited &More Premium plan, your subscription ended on November 6, 2021. We’ll no longer bill you for the service. Your final, prorated bill was due before November 5, 2021. To keep your subscription, you’ll have to sign up with Spotify.
• If you’re paying for a premium channel (Cinemax, SHOWTIME, or STARZ) or music service (VRV, Pandora, or Amazon Music) as part of your Unlimited &More Premium plan, your subscription ended on November 30, 2021. We’ll no longer bill you for the service. Your final, prorated bill was due before November 30. If you want to keep your subscription with any of these services, you’ll have to sign up with the provider.
