Find out about Wireless Directory Assistance going away

On November 1, 2021, we’ll shut down AT&T Wireless Directory Assistance (Wireless 411).

Info about the change

AT&T Wireless Directory Assistance (wireless 411) won’t be available as of November 1, 2021. You may have used this service to request phone numbers and addresses of business, government, and residential listings by dialing 411 from your AT&T Wireless device.

Good to know: You may have already received a bill message or SMS text message letting you know about this change.

What this means for you

If you dial 411 after November 1, you won’t be charged, and you’ll get a recorded message letting you know 411 can’t be accessed.

You can still find address and numbers in any of these ways:
  • Internet search engines, such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo, can provide directory assistance details.
  • provides White Pages info to help you find phone numbers and addresses.
  • 411 from your landline phone provides Directory Assistance at pay-per-use rates.

Did you get the help you needed?

Great! We're so glad we could help.

We're sorry that didn't solve your issue.
