Starting September 28, 2021, the FCC has requested that AT&T block incoming calls from U.S. carriers if that originating carrier hasn’t confirmed to the FCC that they can effectively block robocalling.
Have AT&T Wireless or PREPAID
SM service? Good to know:
- You won’t receive calls from carrier networks that haven’t registered with the FCC.
View the full list of FCC registered carriers - For calls that are blocked, your phone won’t ring, and your call log won’t show the call.
- You will be able to make calls to carriers whose incoming calls are blocked.
- Text messaging isn’t impacted.
