Before you set out to unlock your smartphone, tablet, or mobile hotspot from another carrier to use on our network, make sure your device will work on our network and is eligible to be unlocked. Select your carrier from the list for unlocking instructions. AT&T isn’t able to unlock devices from other carriers.
Good to know: iPads purchased from Apple are already unlocked. iPads purchased from a wireless provider may be locked to that provider.
