FYI: Existing FirstNet subscribers who haven’t signed up for FirstNet and Family, you’ll continue to manage your account at

New FirstNet or FirstNet and Family subscribers can easily access or manage your account on or with the myAT&T app. Just sign in with your FirstNet user ID and password. Once you do, you can:
