Access and manage your FirstNet account

FYI: Existing FirstNet subscribers who haven’t signed up for FirstNet and Family, you’ll continue to manage your account at firstnet.com.

New FirstNet or FirstNet and Family subscribers can easily access or manage your account on att.com or with the myAT&T app. Just sign in with your FirstNet user ID and password. Once you do, you can:

• View and pay your bill
• Update payment methods, contact info, privacy settings, and parental controls
• Sign up for paperless billing or AutoPay
• Check upgrade options
• Order new devices

If your account includes two first responders, each person will use their FirstNet credentials to access myAT&T.

Don’t have the myAT&T app yet?

• Go to att.com/myattapp on your smartphone or tablet
• Text the word myATT to 556699 from any device. We’ll send a link so you can download the app

Sign in to the app using the same ID and password you use to manage your account on att.com or firstnet.com.
