Use myAT&T to manage your account

FYI: Did you sign up for FirstNet before August 2022 and don’t have a FirstNet and Family plan? You’ll continue to manage your account at firstnet.com.

It’s simple to access or manage your FirstNet or FirstNet and Family account on att.com or with the myAT&T app. Just sign in with your FirstNet user ID and password. Once you do, you can:

If your account includes two first responders, each person will use their FirstNet credentials to access myAT&T.

Heads up: If you live in one of the U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands) and have FirstNet, you aren’t eligible for FirstNet and Family. You can still manage your FirstNet account on att.com or with the myAT&T app. If you live in American Samoa, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands and have FirstNet, you can only view and pay your bill online. Don’t have the myAT&T app yet?
  • Go to att.com/myattapp on your smartphone or tablet
  • Text the word myATT to 556699 from any device. We’ll send a link so you can download the app
Sign in to the app using the same ID and password you use to manage your account on att.com or firstnet.com.
