It’s simple to access or manage your FirstNet or FirstNet and Family account on or with the myAT&T app. Just sign in with your FirstNet user ID and password. Once you do, you can:

Heads up: FirstNet customers from Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands aren’t eligible for FirstNet and Family.
