Follow these steps to view or update your own User Profile:
1. From the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page, click on Edit Profile, then select Manage Profile, and then click on Update Personal Profile under the User Profile section.
2. Make changes to any of the permitted fields.
3. Click Submit at the bottom of the page. You will see a message confirmation screen that the changes have been made.
If you change your email address, password and/or security questions, you or your company administrator will receive offline notification of the change.
