Follow these steps to change your password:
- From the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page,
- Click on Edit Profile
- Select Manage Profile
- Click on Change Password under the User Profile section.
- Enter your Old Password and the new password in the Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
- Click Save Changes to submit the new password information.
You will see a message confirmation screen that the changes have been made.
In addition, you or your company administrator will receive offline notification of the password change.
