Am I able to check the status of an open outage ticket online?

Yes. To check the status of your ticket:
  1. Go to att.com/repair.
  2. Enter the Telephone Number associated with your problem.
  3. Select the product associated with your trouble ticket from the drop down menu.
  4. Select Continue.

If you wish to update the ticket you can choose the Update Ticket option from the next page.
