Use AT&T Right To You

Place an online order and have a Right To YouSM expert meet you at your home, office, or local coffee shop. Your expert will set up your new device, show you how to use it, and answer any of your questions. They can also sync your apps, music, contacts, and photos.

Place your order

  1. Shop smartphones and select your new device. Already have a smartphone on an installment plan? Learn more about how to trade it in
  2. Follow the prompts until you get to the delivery options.
  3. Choose AT&T Right to You. Don’t see this option? That means same-day delivery isn’t available in your area.
  4. Follow the remaining prompts to finish up. When you complete your order, you’ll get an email confirming the delivery time and location.
Important: Your Right To You expert can only deliver the devices and accessories to the account owner or an authorized user on the account. Find out how to add an authorized user

Be sure to have a government-issued ID handy. You may also have to provide other info so your expert can complete the setup.

Order accessories with your phone or tablet

On the Order summary page:
  1. If you see AT&T Right To You, the accessory is in stock at the same AT&T store as your smartphone. It'll be hand-delivered with your smartphone order.
  2. If you don’t see AT&T Right To You, the accessory isn’t available for same-day delivery. Still want your smartphone or tablet personally delivered and set up today? Just remove the accessory from your current order. You can then order it online separately and have it shipped to you for free.
