The requirements are that you:
To pay at our website, sign in to your online AT&T account and select Make a Payment.
- Are an AT&T customer.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Have a checking or savings account or credit/debit card.
- Have a Web browser using 128-bit encryption. This is used to encrypt your data over the Internet with the highest level of security available.
- Have a Web browser set to accept cookies (accepting temporary cookies is sufficient.) You can find instructions describing how to do this in your browser's help system.
