Dealing with snow & ice accumulation

You may experience a weak signal or complete signal loss when snow and ice accumulate on your DIRECTV satellite dish. To restore signal strength, gently brush as much of the snow and ice off as possible, either by hand or with a small broom. If this becomes too inconvenient, contact us and we can have an installer move your dish to a location where it can be more easily reached.
