Error code 744
If you see this message, there might be a problem with your receiver’s access card. In most cases, resetting your receiver will fix this issue.
Follow these steps to reset your receiver:
- Unplug your receiver’s power cord from the electrical outlet, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
- Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver. Wait for your receiver to reboot.
You can also reset your receiver by pressing the red reset button located inside the access card door on the front panel of your receiver.
