Error code 764
If you see this message, a wrong access card has been inserted in your receiver.
If you have more than one receiver, try switching the access cards to see if one of the other cards belongs in this receiver.
- Open the access card door on the front panel of the receiver and remove the access card. Note: On some receiver models, the access card slot is on the right side of the receiver.
- When inserting the access card into your receiver, make sure the chip is facing down with the logo or picture facing up.
