Receiving Online Registration Code or temporary password

In order for AT&T to contact you with sensitive security information, including your Online Registration Code or a temporary password, we must use an email address that has been in our records for at least 30 days.

Update email address

You may add or change an email address where we can send the Online Registration Code to, just contact us; however, we must wait 30 days before we can send it to your new email address. The fastest way for you to receive your Online Registration Code or temporary password is to request it be sent to your billing phone number or to your billing address. We at AT&T strive to provide the best customer service possible, and these precautions exist as part of our commitment to meet the requirements of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and to protect your privacy.
