Resolve an "Incorrect Password" message
If you receive an incorrect password message or are otherwise unable to enter new passwords for your router, please call the Cayman router's manufacturer, Netopia at 510.597.5400, ext 1 to initiate a password reset for your device. This will allow you to assign your own customized passwords. You will need information from a label found on the bottom of your router.
Note: Do not attempt to perform a "factory reset" of your router by yourself; this could result in your router not being able to connect to the Internet because needed router settings could be lost. Netopia will assist you in resetting your passwords while maintaining your current Internet settings.
