Online User ID and Password

  • If you do not remember if you already set up an AT&T online Account Management User ID and Password, try our Forgot User ID/Password link found on the Sign in page and follow the directions.
  • If your email address has changed since you registered or if you continue to have difficulties, contact us and describe the situation. Be sure to include as much information as possible: your billing telephone number, your AT&T Account Management User ID, your current email address, and any previous email addresses.
