Adjustments are normally shown on a following month's bill.
If you have registered for myAT&T, sign in and view your adjustments the same way you view your bill details.
- Sign in to MyAT&T Account for Business.
- Select View Profile found in the top navigation area near logout button.
- Select Billing and Payment options.
- Select Manage Payment activity & options.
- Select See your bill, near the top of the page.
- Look for the adjustment in the details section.
- View Bill Details by looking in the Detail of Payments and Adjustments section.
