What to do if you don't have an Internet connection

There are several reasons you may experience problems connecting to the Internet. These tips will help you diagnose and resolve most connection issues.

Check your computer
Power cycle (reboot) the computer. It's important to occasionally reboot your computer to ensure optimum performance.

Check your system for a virus or for spyware that could be depleting your system resources. Infected computers can generate network traffic without your knowledge and may cause slow surfing speeds. Run anti-virus and anti-spyware software regularly.
