Restore service by making a payment

If your account status requires this, you can make a payment to restore service.
  1. Sign in with your User ID and Password
  2. Once signed in, select view profile from the Top Nav Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Select Billing and payment options.
  4. Select Manage payment options.
  5. Follow the online instructions to make a payment.

You will be asked to confirm your payment before submitting.
