View your Customer Service Summary

Learn how to view a personalized summary of your AT&T Internet, Phone, and/or U-verse TV service and plan details.


Learn how to view your Customer Service Summary

  1. Go to Profile > Sign-in info.
  2. If you have more than one account, select the Internet, U-verse TV, or Phone account from the drop-down at the top.
  3. In the My linked accounts section, select View customer service summary.

When you’ll receive the Customer Service Summary

Whenever you make a change to your service, you can receive the Customer Service Summary in one of these ways:
  • Online in myAT&T within 48 hours.
  • By email, if your account has an email address on file.
  • By postal mail, if no email address is on file.
