Learn about account ownership

The account owner is the person who can identify himself or herself as the person financially responsible for an account. This person's name is listed on the bill.
  • AT&T Internet and AT&T U-verse TV account owners: Sign in to myAT&T using your primary AT&T email or AT&T user ID and password to view and pay your bill and manage your services. Note: If you sign in using your subaccount AT&T email and password, you can't view or pay the bill.
  • Business phone account owners: Sign in to myAT&T using your AT&T user ID and password to view and pay your bill and manage your services.
  • DSL account owners: Sign in to myAT&T using your AT&T email or AT&T user ID and password to view and pay your bill and manage your services. 
  • Customers with Bundled Bills: If you want to view or pay your wireless bill and it is bundled with your Internet, U-verse TV, or business phone bill, you must sign in with the ID that manages your Internet, U-verse TV, or business phone account. You can't view and pay your bill if you sign in using your wireless number and password.
