When adding an accessory to your order, make sure to confirm the same-day delivery option is available on the bottom of the Order Summary
After order is placed
- If the same-day delivery option appears, the accessory is in stock at the AT&T store where the phone is being picked up. It’ll be hand delivered with your smartphone order.
- If you don’t see the same-day delivery option, the accessory isn’t in stock at the AT&T store where the phone is being picked up. Want the same-day delivery option? Just remove the accessory from your current order. You can then order an accessory online and have it shipped to you for free.
ENJOY will email the account owner to confirm the delivery time and location. Also, ENJOY can only deliver the phone to the account owner or a Retail Authorized User on the account.
When the ENJOY Expert arrives, please have your government-issued photo ID. You may be required to provide the wireless security passcode or other information.If you have delivery-related questions
