Contact information not synchronized properly via BlackBerryIntellisync
Contacts synchronized on the RIM BlackBerry handheld but not Outlook
Start the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Select Configure PIM.
Select the desired Handheld Application and click Configure >Advanced settings.
Click on Field Mapping.
The Outlook mailbox name will appear. Click OK.
Select Reset or choose desired fields and select OK.
