Free same-day delivery
You’re in luck if you live in or near a major city where AT&T offers same-day delivery—and that list of cities is growing.1You can buy your AT&T cell phone and accessoriesonline and get them delivered to you on the same day. When your delivery arrives, make sure the account holder or an authorized user shows the same-day delivery Expert a government-issued photo ID. You’ll also need to know your account info and password, of course.
How do you get your order?
It’s really easy: Choose Same-day delivery at checkout. Just place your order before 4 p.m. to get it the same day. Where it’s offered, the same-day delivery service still needs to factor in variables like traffic, gated entry, and your schedule.

Buy online, pick up in the store
But what if you’re not in a major city? Or you are, but AT&T hasn’t expanded the same-day delivery service to your area, yet? Buy what you need online and pick it up at your local AT&T store!
1. Shop online & place your order
When you’re done choosing your devices and accessories, choose Pick up in storein your cart. Not everything is available for in-store pickup. But if you see that option before you finish your order, you’re good to go.
2. Wait for the email
Once your order is processed and all the products are available, we’ll send you a ready-for-pickup email. Orders are usually ready for free in-store pickup within 2 hours, but you should expect delays for holidays and extremely busy times.
3. Pick up your order
Best way to make sure you can get your order on the same day? Place your order between the beginning of the business day and 2 hours before the store closes. Bring your government-issued ID to pick up your order. Get in, get out, you’re done!
