You’re in luck if you live in or near a major city where AT&T offers the AT&T Ready to GoSM delivery and expert setup service — and that list of cities is growing.1 You can buy your AT&T cell phone and accessories online, then pick the time and place for the AT&T Ready to Go expert to deliver your new device for free the same day. The friendly and knowledgeable expert will help you setup your new device how you want, and make sure everything is running smoothly.² They will even bring cases, chargers, and other new accessories for you to try out.
How do you sign up for Ready to Go?
It’s really easy: When buying qualified phones and devices online, choose the AT&T Ready to Go option at checkout. Then you’ll be able to pick the time and place you want the expert to meet you to deliver and setup the device. Just place your order before 4 p.m. to get it the same day. When your delivery arrives, make sure the account holder or an authorized user shows the Ready to Go expert a government-issued photo ID. It will also be helpful to have your account info and passwords handy.
Buy online, pick up in the store
But what if you’re not in a major city? Or you are, but AT&T hasn’t expanded the Ready to Go service to your area, yet? Buy what you need online and pick it up at your local AT&T store!
1. Shop online & place your order
When you’re done choosing your devices and accessories, choose Pick up in store in your cart. Not everything is available for in-store pickup, but if you see that option before you finish your order, you’re good to go.
2. Wait for the email
Once your order is processed and all the products are available, we’ll send you a ready-for-pickup email. Orders are usually ready for free in-store pickup within 2 hours, but you should expect delays for holidays and extremely busy times.
3. Pick up your order
Best way to make sure you can get your order on the same day? Place your order between the beginning of the business day and 2 hours before the store closes. Bring your government-issued ID to pick up your order. Get in, get out, you’re done!
