Calling cards, taxes, fees, surcharges, subscriber line, extended area, installation charges, and universal service charges are extra. Calls not included in this plan are billed in one-minute increments; partial minutes are charged as full minutes. Installation charges may vary depending on the services you had prior to ordering. Services may not be available in all areas or on all calls.
A one-time activation charge and charges for line installation, jack installation, jack rewire, or other connection charges may apply.
Call Waiting, Call Waiting ID and Privacy Manager® are features in your package that may be activated or de-activated at no additional charge. You can make changes to your package by contacting our customer service center, 1-800-ATT-2020.
If you live in a Zone 3 area, ALL DISTANCE® ONLINE requires AT&T Metro PlanSM in order to ensure you will have unlimited local and long distance calling. AT&T Metro PlanSM does not increase your monthly rate for ALL DISTANCE® ONLINE, it is included as a feature in your Select All package. If you decline AT&T Metro PlanSM, you will incur per minute charges on Zone 3 calls in excess of the per month ALL DISTANCE® ONLINE charge.

The ALL DISTANCE® ONLINE package has a minimum requirement of the Complete Choice® Enhanced (local access line, and up to 13 calling features), and AT&T Unlimited Nationwide CallingSM Advantage 2.
This plan cannot be used for long distance or local toll access to the Internet or for business purposes such as telemarketing, auto-dialing or commercial or broadcast facsimile (FAX).
If the AT&T Unlimited Nationwide CallingSM Advantage 2 long distance plan is used for non-residential purposes or if qualifying services are removed from the account, customer will be moved to AT&T ONE RATE NationwideSM Advantage long distance plan with a rate of $5 per month and 7 cents per minute.
The AT&T Unlimited Nationwide CallingSM Advantage 2 plan requires subscription to an AT&T local service, Complete Choice® Enhanced.
Certain calling features (like Caller ID, Call Waiting ID and Privacy Manager®) require display equipment.
Call Waiting ID requires subscription to Caller ID and Call Waiting.
With Call Forwarding, Auto Redial, Speed Calling 8, Three-Way Calling and Call Return, local usage, local toll or long distance charges may apply, depending on the location of the called party; services may not be available for international numbers.
Prices may vary based on additional options and class of service. Rates are based on having a flat-rate residential service.
If you live in a Zone 3 area, ALL DISTANCE® ONLINE requires AT&T Metro PlanSM to ensure that you have unlimited local and long distance calling. AT&T Metro PlanSM is included as a feature in ALL DISTANCE® ONLINE.
This is a special offer available only when ordered online. If you currently subscribe to a different package that contains other services than those offered in the ALL DISTANCE® ONLINE package described above, and now choose to subscribe to the ALL DISTANCE® ONLINE package, please be advised of the following:
If you later wish to re-subscribe to your current package of services and features, it may no longer be available, or it may no longer be available at your current discounted rates.
If you remove your current package, you may no longer qualify for the same discounts on some of your AT&T services, but your AT&T discounts on AT&T High Speed Internet, AT&T Dial, or wireless services from AT&T, if applicable, will not change.
All calling features and voice mail products on your line that are not required components of the ALL DISTANCE® ONLINE package will be removed from your account.
